Issues Eased by Permanent Makeup

Permanent makeup can be useful for women who wish to wear makeup, but cannot apply it easily. There are many reasons that this might be the case, and permanent makeup might be right for you or someone you love.

Allergies
Some people find that they have allergies that keep them from being able to use makeup. Studies suggest that up to 10% of the population will have some type of reaction to a cosmetic over the course of a lifetime. Certain ingredients used in cosmetics, such as fragrances and preservatives, can act as antigens, substances that trigger an allergic reaction. In some cases, a person can develop an allergic sensitivity to a product after years of use.

Vision Related Issues
Women who wear contact lenses, may have repeated problems with irritation and infection.  Those with more severe vision deficits may find that magnified mirrors and intense lighting can only do so much. In such cases, permanent eye makeup can make life a lot easier.

Challenges with Precise Movements
For women who suffer from tremors, or have other restrictions on the precise movements of their fingers and hands from arthritis, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other conditions, it can be nearly impossible to apply makeup well. Permanent makeup may give them a way to feel better about themselves despite the challenges they’re facing, offering a welcome boost to their morale.
