World-Class Training From The Leading National Expert

Melany Whitney, on right, observing a student in action.Melany Whitney is your instructor for this intensive 60-hour, fast-paced class. She is a prominent member and professional trainer for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional (SPCP), the largest professional society representing permanent makeup professionals. (Some instructors do not carry this prestigious accreditation.) She is also a Certified Micropigmentation Instructor (CMI) by the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM).

  • If you wish to go on to the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional (SPCP) certification, recognized now as the premiere qualification to successfully practice, then you will need to take a required 60-hour class accepted by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional (SPCP) curriculum before you can qualify. Completion of this course will fulfill the requirement set forth by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP).

  • Melany Whitney does not sell products to you when you take her class. She gives you the most important pieces of equipment you will be need for your practice; your cosmetic tattooing machine, power pack, clip cord, and foot pedal (the exact same model she has been using for years), her favorite supplies, and vendor resources that she uses in her everyday practice. Melany Whitney believes in the coil machine that has been used by professional tattoo artists for over 150 years. This instrument gets the color in right away and once you have learned on the coil, other equipment will be a cinch to pick up.

  • The Florida College of Natural Health has the most advanced, professional, state licensed, and pristine facilities which will enhance your instruction. No rented temporary places for this premier class.

  • Melany Whitney provides all the models for a solid four days of hands-on practice (unlike other schools where you must provide your own models), preceded by one day of text book review. The textbook that you will receive will become your "Permanent Makeup Bible" for future referral.

  • Nearly 100% of her students are out in the field making money within three months of their graduation.

  • Melany Whitney is recognized as the preeminent trainer in the field of permanent makeup. You will also have the privilege to be under her apprenticeship for one year after graduation.

Melany Whitney's course in permanent makeup application is a solid investment in your future.

Melany Whitney helps to transform the novice into a professional, skilled, and knowledgeable practitioner in the application of permanent makeup. No previous skill or education is required to participate in the class.

Classes are limited to a maximum of five students per session with one facilitator on hand at all times. There is never any substitution of instructors. You will be trained by Melany Whitney herself.

Although you will be introduced to other implanting devices, Melany only teaches on the ten wrap coil machine, which is included in the course fee. Why a coil? Our philosophy is that if you can learn on the most challenging of machines, you can then use any machine. The coil has been the tool of choice for the professional tattooist for over 150 years. Why pay for expensive equipment when the original still performs best. It is also easy and inexpensive to use with the ability for the technician to easily repair.

Included with your machine are the clip cord, foot pedal, very conveniently sized power pack, and silver aluminum professional carrying case packed with all sorts of goodies, permanent makeup pigments, and supplies. This is the same equipment that Melany Whitney uses every day in her own permanent makeup practice.
