Permanent Scar Camouflage Procedures In FL

Cover Scars Permanently With Micropigmentation

Scars and skin imperfections from surgeries, burns, or other injuries can be easily camouflaged using paramedical cosmetic tattooing. Micropigmentation's ability to break up the scar tissue and color it to better match your natural skin tone provide miraculous results that will build your confidence in your appearance. Please check to see if your type of scar may benefit.

The staff at the Whitney Center routinely receives referrals from prominent plastic surgeons and physicians at the New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical College, New York City, NYU Langone Breast Center, and the Dubin Breast Center at the Tisch Cancer Institute at Sinai Hospital, New York City. Our services complement cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Can We Help Cover Your Scar? Find Out

The Whitney Center is only able to work on hypopigmented scars. We cannot remove color...we can only add color to blend in with the surrounding skin. If there is hyperpigmentation around the edges of a hypopgimented scar, this indicates that you are most likely not a good candidate for our procedures. Hyperpigmentation reflects trauma to the skin and going in with a needle to add color creates more trauma and skin may hyperpigment even more.

In some cases with mottled skin (uneven skin tone) we can provide services. It is best to call and schedule a consultation to see if your scar can be satisfactorily camouflaged with our procedures.

The Whitney Center cannot work on clients that have vitiligo, since implanted color will disappear within a few months of procedure.

We cannot work on stretch mark as striated skin does not accept color evenly.
